The popular Hyundai Sonata has always been a favorite in the eyes of drivers across the U.S., and the 2018 model year is no different. The 2018 Hyundai Sonata features an entirely revised design with a cool new look, including features like narrow headlights and taillights to go with the more aggressive, cascading front grille and new hood, trunk lid, and wheel designs. Additionally, it has some new features added underneath the cool new exterior.
Some of the other cool points include new powertrain options, such as an eight-speed transmission that allows driver to opt for smoother transitions and gear shifts. Additionally, if you go for the available 2.0T model that packs a 245-hp 2.0-liter turbocharged engine under the hood, you get even more design upgrades to differentiate yourself from the rest like a mesh grille, dark chrome accents, and black bezel headlights. You also have a choice of two other engines besides the turbo option, in case you’re looking for efficiency over power.
Another cool perk is the fact that Hyundai’s Blue Link infotainment system can now sync up with the Amazon Echo home system in addition to other features like Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, which allows drivers to control their vehicle from inside their house. There’s also a USB port in the rear seat, too, so your kids can charge their devices on the go.
